Patsy Jean Bradshaw's Obituary
Bradshaw, Patsy Jean (Hyden), passed away on Saturday June 3, 2017, after a long and courageous battle with COPD. A visitation will be Thursday, June 8, 2017 from 6-8 pm at Restland Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 9 at 10 am at Restland Cemetery with a memorial service at Saturn Road Church of Christ in Garland beginning at noon with a reception to follow at the church. Patsy was 84. She was the matriarch of a large and loving family who were inspired by her grace and gentle nature. Long retired, she served her family as carpool captain, milkshake maker, Rummikub player and sweet hug giver. She was preceded in death by her precious husband of forty-four years, A.G. Bradshaw and her loving parents, Pascal S. and Mary Hyden. She is survived by her son Michael and her two daughters Jerre Ouart and husband Mike and Terri Bradshaw. Also surviving are her granddaughter Jamie Bradshaw Jenkins and boyfriend Scott Cline, Jeffry Bradshaw and wife Ledia, Jeramy Ouart and wife Laura and Phillip Bradshaw and wife Jessica. In addition, she is survived by eight great-grandchildren: Abigail, Kyndal, Rebecca and Peyton Jenkins, Henley and Leighton Bradshaw and Jackson and Luke Ouart. She is also survived by her brother Jerry Hyden. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association or Children’s Medical Center of Dallas. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
