Patsy Ruth Funk Gilliam was born September 29, 1929 in Shenandoah, Iowa and passed away December 24, 2016 in Dallas, Texas. She is survived by her sons, Dirk Owen and wife Lisa and Mike Owen; grandsons, Max Owen and Sam Owen. A memorial service will be held at 12:00 pm, Wednesday, January 4, 2016 at Restland Funeral Home in Stateroom S-T. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
