Golden, Patsy born on April 23, 1936 in Liberty Grove, TX and passed away on July 19, 2016 in Garland, TX. Preceded in death by mother, Georgia; father, Buck Poovey; granddaughters, Jessica and Jamie Hart. Survived by husband, Ronald Golden; daughter, Georgina Lynn and husband, Albert O’rozco; son, Joe D. Newberry; son Bucky J. Newberry; daughter, Lisa and husband, Tommy Cugini; daughter, Rebecca and husband, Doug Williams; step children, Rhonda and husband, Gary Seiferman; step son, Michael Golden; 19 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Patsy worked for Safeway Warehouse for 32 years and at Wal-Mart as a phone operator for 26 years. She loved her family, pets and had many relatives in the Garland area. She enjoyed vacationing and antiquing. Family will receive friends on Thursday, July 21, 2016 from 6:00PM – 8:00PM at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held Friday, July 22, 2016 at 3:00PM in The Abbey Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to any charitable group you choose.
