Patsy Sellers McCellen's Obituary
MCCLELLEN, PATSY SELLERS Died Friday, July 6, 2012. A resident of Dallas, TX, since 1961, she was born in Port Arthur, TX, on February 2, 1930. She graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in Port Arthur in 1947 and from the University of Texas at Arlington with high honors. Preceded in death by her parents, Lester and Violet Sellers; sister, Laura Sellers Cutler; and husbands, Henry Byron Riley and Jesse Randolph McClellen, Sr. She was retired from ARCO Oil and Gas Company and American Express Travel Related Services Company. She is survived by a goddaughter, Elise Victoria Hoekstra, a niece and nephew, and numerous loving cousins. Private interment was made in the Abbey at Restland Funeral Home. A Requiem Mass will be celebrated at St. Matthias Anglican Church, 3460 Forest Lane in Dallas, on Tuesday, July 10th at 10:00am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any memorials be made to St Matthias’ Anglican Church, The Gifts & Memorials Fund, 3460 Forest Lane, Dallas, Texas 75234.
