Patsy Lavell Payne, age 88 of Dallas, TX passed away peacefully on July 18, 2018 in Mesquite, TX of old age. Patsy was born on August 27, 1929, to William Fryer and Virginia Fryer in Dallas, TX. She married Floyd Payne on December 18, 1959 in Dallas, TX. Patsy Lavell Payne was a hearing clerk for social security. She served in the United States Marine Corps from 1956-1958 as a Private First Class. She is survived by, Sons: Timothy Payne (wife Terri) – Granbury, TX and Bradley Payne (wife Jeannie) – Manchester, MO. She is also survived by 4 nieces: Sheila Pierot, Kathy Underwood, Lisa Chandler and Judy Burr; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Patsy is preceded in death by her husband Floyd Payne and daughter Joan Payne Deal.A funeral service for Patsy Payne will be held at 12:30 pm Monday July 23, 2018 at the Restland Wildwood Chapel.Funeral arrangements for Mrs. Patsy Lavell Payne have been faithfully entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, which is located at 13005 Greenville Ave., at the intersection of Restland Road, Dallas, Texas 75243, and can be reached at (972) 238-7111.
