Patsy Ann Ross' Obituary
Patsy Ross was born in Dallas to the parentage of Ernestine Fuller and John Henry Rexroad on July 28, 1951. She was the eldest of 8 children. Patsy grew up in the Dallas area where she attended Booker T. Washington High School and later married James Ross. To this union three daughters were born. Patsy was a dedicated employee of Baylor Memorial Hospital for over 30 years where she retired. Patsy taught her children a strong work ethic, to value family, and to always lead by example. She also was a mother like figure to her siblings. Patsy enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoyed retail therapy for herself as well as others. Patsy gave her life to Christ at an early age and like her favorite song “Precious Lord,” he took her hand and closed the final chapter of her life on November 4, 2018.Patsy was preceded in death by her parents, Ernestine Fuller and John Henry Rexroad. She is survived by daughters, Towonia Ross of Fate, TX, Katrina Ross of Red Oak, TX, and Donette Ross of Dallas, TX. Patsy is also looking down on her 7 siblings, Peggy Fuller-Wolridge, Vickie Fuller-Thorns (Emmanuel), Ervin Fuller, Sharon Fuller-Cobbs (Rev. Willie), Debbie Fuller-Watts, Jerry Fuller, and Vanessa Armstrong, all residing in the Dallas area, along with her grandchildren, Samona Ross, Sasha Ross, Jazmine Ross, Amber Johnson, and Talor Hawkins, and her only great grandchild, Blake Ross Chambers. Patsy also had a loving partnership with Lamar Byrd. Not to forget her most cherished best friend Ms. Gloria Brewster. Along with a host of family, friends and loved ones.
