DALLAS, TX – Swett, Pattie Ruth was born on October 18, 1927 to parents, Noel Cecil Pitts and Parzetty [Zetty] Dodson, in Union Valley, Texas and went to her “forever home” on January 31, 2018, in Dallas, Texas. She laid down for a nap with a headache and awoke 6 hours later, in the presence of her Lord and Savior. Her body will be laid to rest in the Garden of Freedom beside her husband, George D. Swett.She is survived by daughter, Cynthia [Cindy] Stanford; sons, Dennis Swett and Phillip Swett; granddaughter Katrina Alsbrooks, grandson, Ryker Alsbrooks; sister, Nell Simmons; sister-in-law June Pitts and numerous nieces and nephews.The family request that viewing hours be observed from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM in The Wildwood Chapel on Thursday, February 8, 2018. A funeral service will follow at 10:00 AM in the Wildwood chapel located at 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas, 75243.She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who knew and loved her.
