Paul Walter Bohme's Obituary
BOHME, Paul Walter, age 73, passed away Saturday, February 15, 2025. Paul was a life-long Dallas resident, UNT graduate and avid bike rider prior to his Alzheimer’s diagnosis. He had an enduring career with Energy Future Holdings and related entities where he retired as the manager of the company’s retirement plans after starting as a meter reader for Dallas Power & Light some 40+ years earlier. Paul was a kind, caring and fun-loving father, brother, grandpa and uncle who will be remembered fondly by his family, friends and neighbors. His love of music will live on in his infectious spirit. He is survived by son Paul E. Bohme (Victoria), brother Chris Bohme (Joey), grandchildren Lauren Bohme (Damien) and Hayden Bohme (Kayleigh) and multiple great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Paul was preceded in death by his parents Paul E. and Anna Belle Bohme and brother Leslie M. Bohme. Visitation at the Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home on Monday, February 24 at 9:30 a.m. with services immediately after at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Alzheimer’s Association at act.alz.com.
The Bohme family will host a luncheon reception at 14909 Oaks North Drive in Addison (75254) following the service.
