Paul Wesley Browning's Obituary
Paul Wesley Browning was born August 11, 1964, in Dallas Texas and was preceded in death by his parents, Brenda Browning and Paul Busby.
He was a graduate of Hillcrest High School. At an early age, Paul joined Munger Avenue Baptist Church and later attended Bethany Missionary Baptist Church.
Paul had a lifelong career at Goodwill Industries, which he held for over 30 years. He loved being there and made many friends.
Paul is survived by his Aunt Birdie Evans and a host of cousins and other relatives in both Texas and California.
Paul was blessed to have another family that his mother Brenda, chose for him, they were such a blessing.
After the passing of Paul’s mother, Brenda Browning, he came to live with Charles and Lynn DuPree in Rowlett, Texas.
Paul was accepted as a beloved son, a beloved brother to Sherika, Mario and Nicholas, a beloved uncle to Keith and a beloved nephew to the extended DuPree and Grimball family.
Paul joined North Garland Baptist Fellowship Church under the pastoral care of Dr. Tony Matthews. He was also an active member of the “Our Treasure” Sunday school class.
Paul loved attending sporting events. He spent his Friday nights at Highschool Football games and many weekends at track meets across the Dallas Metroplex.
He loved going to the movies, out to eat and dancing to his favorite musical artist, Michael Jackson. Paul was also a loyal and enthusiastic fan of the Dallas Cowboys and never missed tuning in for the games.
He vacationed on the East Coast and held fond memories of the beaches and going fishing.
