Paul George Emmett's Obituary
Paul Emmett, 75 of Carrollton Texas, passed away on August 8th, after his 13 year battle with cancer, surrounded by family. He was born to parents George Emmett & Margaret Fowler, October 30, 1946, in Dallas, Texas. Paul graduated from Woodrow Wilson Highschool and received his diploma in 1964. He then pursued a lifelong career as a master jeweler and accomplished businessman. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, his high school sweetheart & love of his life, Veronica Ann Emmett. Son, George Emmett and partner Carolyn. Daughter Margaret and partner Damon. Grandchildren Ethan, Sage, Emma & Drew.
Paul was an amazing husband, father, grandfather and friend. His sense of humor, wittiness and love of laughter touched everyone he knew. He had a heart big enough to fill a room, a heart of gold. Nothing was more important to Paul than family.
Services will be held at Restland Funeral home in the Wildwood Chapel 13005 Greenville Ave Dallas TX Sunday 08/14 at 10am with a lunch to follow at 1pm at Maggiano’s Little Italy 205 NorthPark Ctr Dallas TX.
If desired, friends may make memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society in Paul’s name.
