Born April 29, 1924 in California and passed away January 3, 2016 in Texas. Preceded in death by wife, Anna Marie Fehr; son, Ronald Fehr, daughter, Joyce Schumacher. Paul is survived by 6 grandchildren, Brett Fehr, Sarah Kamer, Donna Blackstock, Kristin Hrasky, John Schumacher, and James Schumacher; and 13 great grandchildren. Services are pending at this time.
