Paul Morris Stanley, 68, went home to be with our Lord and Savior on Saturday, January 28, 2023.
Paul was born in 1954 in Dallas, TX to Martin and Laverne Stanley.
Paul grew up in Dallas and Mesquite and graduated from Bryan Adams High School in 1972. Shortly after graduation, he enlisted in the US Navy and served as a dental technician in Honolulu. Upon his separation from the Navy, he returned to Texas where he pursued his college degree in business from UT-Arlington. He graduated from UTA in 1983 with a BBA.
He then left Texas to work for the Way International Ministry where he met his wife. After he left the Way, he went to work for Truven Software selling medical software. Some years later, he was transferred to Connecticut and in 2011 to Texas. He remained with Truven until his retirement in 2017. After his retirement, Paul worked for a few years as a volunteer with the Texas Long Term Care Ombudsman Program at Golden Acres Retirement Facility in Dallas. However, Parkinson’s soon took over and Paul was unable to continue.
Paul was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, loved Pink Floyd and Paul McCartney, movies and the Three Stooges.
Paul was loved by his family and friends and will be greatly missed.
