Paula Rhodes Chancellor passed away on November 18, 2011. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at Restland Abbey Chapel in Dallas. She is survived by her daughter Samantha Folks and her husband Jason and granddaughter McCartney Folks. Memorials may be made to UT Southwestern Medical School, Dallas, TX.
