Paulanna Milligan's Obituary
Paulanna was born in Thornton, Texas on November 23, 1929 to Paul and Margaret Jones. She passed away peacefully at her home in Plano, Texas on January 15, 2015 surrounded by her husband and family. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, sister, aunt, daughter and friend. Her life was her family, and she made it her job to keep her family and friends cohesive and informed of all the milestones in each others’ lives. She is preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Barbara Bright. She is survived by her devoted husband and sweetheart of 63 years, R. Harvey Milligan, Jr. Other survivors are her brother and sister-in-law: WR and Sharon Jones, her daughters and sons-in-law: Margaret Hunley, Travis Hunley, Elizabeth Sanders, Randall Sanders, Paula Walls, Keith Walls; her beautiful grandchildren: Candice and Kevin Edmondson, April Sanders, Weston Hunley, Sam, Emma, Claire Walls, and her great-granddaughter, Everly Edmondson. She leaves behind many nieces and nephews as well as great friends that she loved dearly. The memorial service for Paulanna will be held at Christ United Methodist Church, 3101 Coit Road, Plano, Texas 75075 on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. A reception will follow at the church in Trinity Hall. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. at Restland Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75243. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Christ United Methodist Church -Missions funds or CareCenter funds.
