Ms. Krug was my debate couch/teacher at Trinity High School. She literally changed my life. Under her guidance, I went from a mediocre student to an A student. I had the pleasure of spending countless hours under her guidance. The amount of awards and wins we had together are too numerous to list. Guiding me to a district and region gold medal in LD Debate, taking me to UIL State competition, to Harvard for a debate tournament. She was tough but kind, relentless but patient, a mentor but also a friend. I can honestly say that the success I have enjoyed in life goes back the this wonderful soul. I have attached a photo from my senior yearbook. The picture perfectly captures her focus while listening during debate practice. I wish I had thanked you more.

Paulinda was the most influential teacher I ever had. She brought me out of my shell and helped me blossom into a young woman. Loved going on the young life retreats with her. I had searched for her many times throughout the years and never been able to find her. It breaks my heart that I have found her too late. Would love to have met up with her one last time.

Paulinda was my mentor when I began teaching speech and coaching debate at Trinity High School in Euless, Texas. We had lost contact over the last five years or so but I have missed her incredibly. I was just rehired to teach debate again at Trinity. I had planned to surprise her when I move next week. I couldn't wait to see her. I just found out she passed tonight. Her influence on me as a teacher is impossible to describe in words. Paulinda I will miss you and I will carry on your memory at Trinity. You left a long history of lives that have been changed and you're one of the most giving people I ever met.

Paulinda was such an amazing and positive spirit. She will be missed so much. I enjoyed all the stories that she shared with me about her family. She so loved talking about them and was so proud of her nephews and her grand-nephew. Even though our hearts are a bit darker without her, Heaven is much brighter now that she is there with Him. Thank you so much Paulinda for being a part of my life. God bless you.

Paulinda is one of the nicest and most genuine individuals I have ever known. Just such a good person. Her energy and enthusiasm was always uplifting at work, as was her care and interest in her students. I will miss hearing her laugh and whistling down the hall. She is going to very missed. My thoughts are with her family and all of those who love her.

It was such a pleasure to know and work with Paulinda at Tarrant County College. I am grateful I had the opportunity to work with such a wonderful, positive, creative, kind, and inspiring person. Im so in shock with her passing 😩 my condelance to her family 🙏 she was a great teacher I always send her emails in case of any help I needed and she was always there!! RIP Ms. Krug 😭
