Pauline Holder Jones' Obituary
Jones, Pauline was born in Floyd, Texas on November 17, 1920 and grew up on a farm outside of Farmersville, Texas. In 1946, she married Grady Jones and they enjoyed a wonderfully loving and dedicated marriage for over 40 years. In the 1940’s she moved to Dallas, Texas where she worked as a secretary at Pollack Paper Company. After her marriage, she became a full-time homemaker while also supporting Grady as the bookkeeper for his business, Jones Optical Service. Pauline was known by her family and friends as a giving, kind, and gentle person. She had a genuine pleasing personality, always seeing the good in everyone. Upon meeting Pauline, it was common for someone to say what a wonderful, happy, and kind person she was. Pauline is survived by her son and daughter-in-law (Hank and Joye), her brother and sister-in-law (Bob and Virginia), her granddaughter (Tammy); and her great-grandchildren (Jessica and John Michael). Inurnment will be at Restland Memorial Park beside her husband, Grady. They were always meant to be together for eternity. A private service will be held for the immediate family.
