Pauline B. White's Obituary
WHITE, PAULINE BROWNLEE, was born in Dallas, Texas on July 23, 1912, and went to be with the Lord on July 26, 2008. Pauline was the youngest child of Charles and Annie Odom Brownlee. Pauline was a faithful member of First Assembly of God Church in Dallas for over 80 years and taught Sunday School for over 40 years. She was a member of the Women’s Missionary Council. Pauline is preceded in death by her parents, brothers, sisters, and her husband, Noah P. White. Our family chain is broken and nothing seems the same; but as God calls us one by one the chain will link again. Pauline is survived by her son, David Mitchell White of Mequite, Texas and fianc’e, Marguerite McCarthy; her daughter and husband: Karen Ann and Troy J. Whitehead of Rowlett, Texas. Also survived by 5 granddaughters: Jeanne Bradbury and husband Jeff of Bloomington, Indiana; Linda Davidson and husband David of Sunnyvale, Texas; Ginger Buentello and husband Frank of Garland, Texas; Kristy Osborn and husband Charles of Dallas, Texas; and Holly Parks and husband Wesley of Lone Oak, Texas. Also grandson, Jeff White and wife Pam of Austin, Texas. Great-grandchildren are: Misty Perez and Sara Bradbury and fianc’ David Barber, and Jonathan Bradbury and wife Ashley of Indiana; Craig and Daniel Brown of Sunnyvale; Travis, Austin and Cody Buentello of Garland; Natialie and Sydney Humble, Danielle, Patricia, and Wade Parks of Lone Oaks; Abigail and Kirsten Osborn of Dallas. Also: Darin and wife Jennifer Davidson and Brian and wife Jennifer Davidson. Great-grandchildren: Marissa, Alanna and Senora Porter and Austin Bradbury and Daylen and Jason Barber of Indiana; William and Michael White of Austin; Also: Dylan, Skyler, Christian, Zhona, Lillian and McKenzie Davidson. Nephews: Raymond Odom and wife Wanda; Charles Odom and wife Angie all of Tyler. Great-nieces: Dianne Phillips and Phyllis Layman of the Houston area. Great-grandsons will be the pallbearers. The beauty of her life is like a work of art, inscribed by memory’s hand upon our grateful hearts. Services officiated and assisted by: Pastors: Tom McMahan of First Assembly Dallas, Harry Rose of Northside Assembly Mesquite, Harry Sewell and Bruce Gibson of Family Cathedral of Praise in Mesquite. Visitation Monday, July 28 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Restland. Services Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at 12:30 pm in Memorial Chapel at Restland.
