I am so blessed to have known Pauline for many years. For nearly 15 years, I loved knowing that I would be able to see her and her late husband at the annual Christmas party. She always remembered what I had been up to and I enjoyed catching up with her every year. My best friend Sarah (her granddaughter) and I particularly loved listening to the many stories of love and history that Pauline and her husband had experienced throughout their many years of happy marriage. Their genuine love and affection for each other as well as their family is something I can only hope to emulate in my own life. Pauline was a true delight and she will be greatly missed. I hope that she has passed down her recipe for her mint chocolate cake so that I can remember her every holiday season. ??
