Pedro Corral Olivares' Obituary
Pedro Corral Olivares, the son of Pedro Corral Fuentes and Consuelo Olivares de Corral, passed away July 18, 2020 in San Antonio, Texas.
Pedro was born March 23, 1943 in San Juan de Sabinas, Mexico and at the age of 17 ventured to Dallas, Texas to pursue his dreams. Shortly after arriving in Dallas, he met and married the love of his life, Martha Elva Corral de Quintanilla. He lived life to the fullest, with great zest and zeal. Words that didn’t exist in his vocabulary include, “I can’t”, “maybe tomorrow”, “that’s impossible”. He was an entrepreneur, protector, and provider to those he loved. Being surrounded by his family and friends and hosting them to cookouts and live music was when he was happiest.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Martha Elva Corral de Quintanilla, sisters Mirna Consuelo Corral de Tapia, and Alcira de Jesus Corral de Vasquez.
He is survived by his children Lorena Corral-Lee, Patricia Rollins, Yvette Corral-Acosta and Pierre Corral. Grandchildren; Brittany Corral, Lauren Parks, Adriana Acosta and Emery Corral, Brother Omar Corral Olivares and sisters Izamary Corral de Anaya, Blanca Edith Corral de Macias, Glafira Corral de Hernandez, Mireya Corral de Name and many loving nieces and nephews.
He will be missed dearly.
A service of remembrance will be held at Restland Memorial Chapel, August 7, 2020 at 2:00 P.M.
