Peggie Earl Holmes' Obituary
Peggie Earl Holmes, age 82, of Dallas, Texas passed away on June 6, 2020 in Royse City, Texas.
Peggie was born on May 22, 1938 to Wilson Marshall Brewer and Edna (Jo) Irene Marcrum in Stykes Community; Kemp, Texas. She married Otis Glen Holmes on August 10, 1962 in Kemp, Texas and worked as an Insurance Adjuster for Fireman's Fund and "Little" Aetna and Cigna. Later, she worked for Teamsters Local #745 and finally retired from a Perfusionist Office at Baylor Hospital. Peggie was a lifetime auxillary member at the VFW and the Teamsters Retirees.
She will be remembered for her infectious laugh and wil be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Peggie was preceded in death by her husband, Glen Holmes; sister, Nancy and brother, Ronnie.
She is survived by her daughter, Glynda Kay Brown and husband, Lee of Royse City, TX; son, Marshall Wayne Holmes of Dallas, TX; sister, Sue Baumgartner of Surf City Beach, TX; 3 grandchildren: Callie Lee Savage, Kay Lynn Brown and Charles Glen Holmes; 2 great grandchildren: Kodi Lee Savage and Sam Kay Savage and many nieces, nephews and other loving family.
