One of my favorite memories I have is when I came to Mesquite as Mrs. Pat Harris and she opened the door and greeted me with open arms and said "Daughter" and I want you to call me Mom. This little thing game me the biggest hug and kiss and made me feel so welcome from the start. Mom had one of the most biggest heart and her generosity and willingness to help her family, friends, co-workers even a stranger were second to none. In all the nine years she was part of my life I never, ever heard her raise her voice or swear at anyone. (A little stubborn - Yes!) But even when we disagreed, she would not argue just give me her look and a grin and go on her merry way saying to herself I'm sure - Yea you think I'm going to do what you want!!
I know you are in a more beautiful place now Mom (hopefully they have your "whips"
You are in our hearts ALWAYS.
Love you,
Your other daughter
