Peggy Budd Minner's Obituary
Peggy Budd Minner, 95, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Monday, August 29, 2022. She was born in Dallas, Texas on April 4, 1927, and spent her entire life living in the Dallas area. While growing up, her father owned a neighborhood grocery store at the corner of Knox and Henderson Avenue. After graduating from North Dallas High School, Peggy went to work downtown at the Dallas County Courthouse in the office of the district attorney, Henry Wade. Peggy met Harold Minner at FBC Dallas where they were later married by Dr. W.A. Criswell. They celebrated 60+ years together before his death in 2010. A devoted wife who treasured her family, she is survived by daughter Lynda Stevens, daughter and son-in-law, Beverly and Bill Turner, four grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren. A family graveside service was held at Restland Memorial Park on September 2, 2022.
