Peggy June Tarlton's Obituary
Peggy June Tarlton was born on May 21, 1937, the only child of Emmett and Mary Lemley, in Teague, Texas. She shared the same birthdate as her Mother. She grew up in Ft. Worth and attended Riverside High School. After marrying and giving birth to a son, circumstances brought her to Richardson, Texas, to live with her parents. She was a dispatcher for the Richardson Police Department, then later became a receptionist at Collins Radio. After remarrying in 1967, she stayed in Richardson and went to work for her husband as an administrative assistant, a job she held until she retired. She was a loving daughter and mother who loved shopping and dogs. Later in life, she found joy in helping her son and daughter-in-law to raise twin granddaughters. She was a follower of Christ. Her wise counsel and boundless love will be sorely missed by friends and family. After suffering the trials of illness, she now rests in the presence of our Lord Jesus. She is survived by a son and two granddaughters.
