Petra Quiroz, 72, passed away June 3, 2021 in Dallas, Texas. She was born October 21, 1948 to Patricio Torres and Ausencia Torres in Mercedes, Texas. Petra was a warm caring person who helped anyone she could. In her we found the good that everyone wishes to see in the world with her passing we don't see that goodness fading rather it spreading as her spirit isn't confined to one physical being. Her spirit will rise and shower us that we may carry on that same kindness that so defined her.
She is survived by spouse Mario Quiroz, parents Patricio Torres, Ausencia Torres, three sons Carlos Efrain Garza Jr., Patrick Quiroz, Mario Quiroz Jr., one brother Patricio C. Torres, six sisters Estefana Aguilar, Sylvia Rodriguez, Dominga Vasquez, Timotea Saldana, Enriqueta Torres, four granchildren Christian J. Ramos, Nicholas Q. Ramos, Abigail V. Ramos, Mario Quiroz III.
