My brother, Pvt. Kenneth Dayle Farris, Company B, 22nd Infantry, died in Hurtgen Forest Germany from extensive wounds. He was never found and we never knew anything of his death until I began looking for him. We are kin, you and I, not by birth but by a heritage for a noble cause.
