Philip M. Dybvig was born on June 12, 1926 in Brookings, South Dakota and passed away on October 23,2016 in Garland, Texas. Philip was preceded in death by his mother Theresa S. Dybvig; father Henry G. Dybvig; all his siblings – Stanley, Eugene, Elaine, Talman, Warren, Roger; and three of his four children, Phyllis, Barbara and Gary. Philip is survived by his current wife Rose; son Kenneth; daughter-in-law Becky; 10 grandchildren; 16 great- grandchildren; and 4 great great-grandchildren. The Family will receive friends on Thursday, October 27, 2016 from 6:00PM-8:00PM at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 28, 2016 at 11:00AM at The Memorial Chapel located at Restland Funeral Home 13005 Greenville Ave., Dallas,Texas 75243. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The American Heart Association or The Alzheimer’s Association.
