Judge Barker was very good kind hearted man that brought a sense of personal fairness to everyone that had the privilege to appear in his court . I learned something from his vast knowledge every time I had fellowship with him . He was a great jurist and a loyal Guardsman .I’ll miss him greatly .

Judge Barker was a great friend and mentor. He always had a smile on his face! I was never able to go on a Cozumel trip with him, but I know all that did go always had a blast!!!! He was always sun kissed and ready to go to the beach and fiesta! I always enjoyed going to his birthday parties and celebrating him! He will be missed dearly....until we meet again!

I never saw Judge Barker without a smile on his usually tanned face and compassion in his big heart. Thank you for always sharing a funny story.
