Philip Alan Wilkins' Obituary
On November 22nd, 2023, Philip Alan Wilkins passed away at the age of 77. Philip was born on June 24th, 1946, to Joseph and Pauline Wilkins in Los Angeles, CA.
Philip was preceded in death by his parents; daughter Amy Martin; son Paul Dean Wilkins; and brother Glenn Wilkins. He is survived by his wife Carmen L. Wilkins; stepson Patrick Lopez; stepdaughters Candace M. Pennock, Sondra D. Lopez, and Monica A. Richard; grandchildren Kylie Thompson, Austin Martin and J.T Martin; niece Lori Ann Wilkins-Austin; as well as countless extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
He was a loving husband and avid golfer who had a great passion for travel and exploring the world - an interest that he shared with many of his loved ones over the years.
Philip served in the Army as a Military Policeman in the 70s where he made many lifelong friendships. Following his service to our country, Philip went on to work in various industries throughout his lifetime that allowed him to use his skillset to its fullest potential while providing for his family along the way.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, from 5PM to 8PM at Restland Funeral Home, located on 13005 Greenville Ave., Dallas, TX 75243.
