Kelley, Phillip Lee was born on September 15, 1941 in Harrison County, Ohio and passed away on March 29, 2010 in Dallas, TX. Phil was a devoted husband, father and grandfather and a beloved friend to all. He is survived by his sister Joyce Henline (Magnolia, OH) , wife Jamie Kelley (Garland, TX), two daughters Sandra Young & her husband Todd (Mesquite, TX), Philisha Wells & her husband Landon (Garland, TX), 3 Step Sons Steven Crawford & his wife Brandi (Eagle, CO) Michael Crawford (Garland, TX), John Crawford Jr. (Rowlett, TX) and 14 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, three Brothers (Vernon, Larry & Eddie), two Sisters (Gilda & Gladis) and daughter (Susanna).
