Phillip Arthur Morris, 80, of Garland, Texas passed away on Saturday, February 22, 2020, in Richardson, Texas. He was born on Wednesday, January 10, 1940, to his loving and thoughtful parents, Harry Bliss Morris and Elizabeth Anne Hancock in Cleveland, Ohio. Phillip will be sincerely missed by his loving family, his devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved him.
