Phoy Vong's Obituary
Phoy Vong, 76, born March 17, 1941 in Cambodia, passed away Monday, June 26, 2017 in Plano, Texas. Phoy, was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, he worked for the Dallas Housing Authority for ten years. He married Sokhean Nhem in November of 1963, they have shared 53 years of marriage. Phoy will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved him. Phoy is survived by his loving wife Sokhean Nhem, of Carrollton, daughters; Phyrum Vong Prum of Carrollton, Phary Vong of Cambodia, sons; Pharith Vong of Cambodia, Dhoura Vong of Cambodia, Shophousak Vong of Cambodia, Reamnan Vong of Carrolton and Rumnear Vong of Carrolton, fourteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Funeral Service will be held Sunday, July 2, 2017 at 2:30 p.m., at Restland Funeral Home, Memorial Chapel. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
