Phuoc Thi Phan, at the age of 90, passed away peacefully on October 14, 2020 in Garland, TX. She was born on March 3, 1930 to her parents in Vietnam.
Visitations will be held on Friday, October 23, 2020 from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2020 at 8:00 AM at Our Mother of Perpetual Help Parish in Garland, TX.
She is preceded in death by her parents and six siblings. She is survived by her husband of 72 years, Quyen Van Luong. Her sister and nephew Kim Phung and Raymond Nguyen. Her daughter and husband Nguyet and Sinh Dang. Her granddaughters and their husbands Diemha and Paul Lance Ignacio, Han and Rochard McAfee. Her great grandchildren Jordan Ignacio, Logan Ignacio and Mila McAfee.
