GARLAND, TX- Nguyen, Phuong Xuan, 88, was born to parents, Phong Nguyen and Ty Pham on July 19, 1929 in Vietnam. He passed away on March 13, 2018 in Richardson, Texas. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Restland Funeral Home from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Thursday, March 15, 2018. A graveside service for Mr. Nguyen will be held at 3:00 pm, Friday, March 16, 2018. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all who knew and loved him.Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243 (972-238-7111).
