Phyllis Ann Loftis' Obituary
Loftis, Phyllis Ann 55, was born May 10, 1957 in Ft. Worth, TX to J.A. (Bubs) and Donna Loftis and passed away November 13, 2012. She is survived by both her parents, of Sunset; brother, Tommy Loftis and wife, Kay of The Woodlands; sister, Anita Maples and husband, Mack of Richardson, nieces, Andreia Waggoner and husband, Josh of Wichita Falls and Kimberly Loftis of New York; nephews, Byron Wilcher of Garland, Eric Loftis of Austin; and great niece and nephew, Kendall and Landon Waggoner. She graduated from LV Berkner High in 1975 and worked at Richardson/Baylor Regional Hospital for 28 years. She was very active at First United Methodist Church of Richardson and will be truly missed by all her friends there. Phyllis was loved and cherished by all she came in contact with. Her smile would light up a room. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 AM. Friday, November 16, 2012 at First United Methodist Church in Richardson. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Diabetes Association.
