She was born on Monday, September 30, 1935, to her loving and thoughtful parents, Robert Grose and Helen Ritter in Findlay, Ohio. Ms. Phyllis Eileen Mathis will be sincerely missed by her loving family, her devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her.Visitation for Ms. Phyllis Eileen Mathis will be held Wednesday, August 15, 2018 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Restland Funeral Home.
