She is survived by her husband, Warren Perkins; daughter, Teresa Halter and husband, Danny; son, James Sleeper Jr. and wife, Marcey; son, Mark Sleeper and wife, Cindy; daughter, Shelly Tunnell; grandchildren, Sandra Larson, Lisa Brown, James Sleeper III, Jimmy Andrew, Richard Chin, Sarah Sleeper, Amanda Sleeper, Hailey Sleeper, Mark Sleeper Jr., Melissa Sleeper, Rodger Tunnell, Jr., Michael Tunnell, Adriana Tores, Joseph Tunnell, Joseph Lang, Ryan Halter, and Bradley Halter; and great-grandchildren, Michael, Kenney, Kimberly and Melody. The funeral service for Phyllis will be at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, February 04, 2015 In The Abbey Chapel at Restland Funeral Home, with visitation one hour prior.
