Dear friends, our beloved handmaiden, Phyllis Roark-Koch abandoned her physical garment and ascended to the spiritual world on Monday January 2nd, 2023.
Phyllis, forever in the hearts of her husband, Jesse; sons, Jeremy and Clayton; granddaughter, Scarlett and her beloved friends, stands at the door of thy divine mercy and was joyously greeted by her mother and father, Howard and Faye Koch; brother, Paul; first son, Clayton and her dearest friend Rayna.
O Lord, Thy trust hath been returned unto Thee. Vouchsafe unto this handmaiden Thy gifts and bestowals. O Lord, we beseech Thee to glorify her station, to cleanse her with Thy most pure water and welcome her into Thy garden of happiness to dwell in Thy kingdom forevermore.
