Mrs Phyllis Jan Smith's Obituary
Phyllis " Jan" Smith passed away on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 Dallas, Texas. Phyllis was born to Coy Carlston Biggerstaff and Joe Edna Caudle Biggerstaff on Saturday October 29, 1955 in Lamesa, Texas. She graduated from Midland Lee High School in 1973 and after High school she attended and graduated from Texas Woman's University College of Nursing in 1977. Phyllis worked a number of years at Presbyterian Hospital Dallas , and later for Howard Fish MD in Plano, Texas. She is survived by her Loving Husband Tim Smith, brother Ray Biggerstaff, sisters Denice Biggerstaff, Crymes and Carolyn Biggerstaff, Clardy and fur baby Sadie.
Phyllis leaves her loved ones with unforgettable memories and loving stories. She will be sincerely missed by her loving family, devoted friends, and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her.
