Phyllis Jeanine Stateler's Obituary
Stateler, Phyllis Jeanine, age 69, of Garland, TX for the past 40 yrs., passed away peacefully on 12/25/2011. She was born on 3/29/1942 in Decatur, Illinois to her parents, Everett and Louise Scehnet who preceeds her in death. Phyllis was 1 of 6 siblings. She married Charles in Durant, OK on 08/12/1961. Survived by husband, Charles, and daughters, Subrina Marcay Mickle and husband, Robert of Decatur, IL, and Misty Suzanne Cook and husband, Christian of Allen, TX. Sisters, Sharon Kimons and husband, Don of Athens, IL, Betty Woverton and husband, Richard of Decatur, IL and Judy Scehnet of Springfield, IL; and 5 grandchildren. She is also preceded in death by son, Terry Statler, brothers Richard Schenet and Ron Scehnet. Mom will always be remembered by her beautiful smile and wonderful laugh. She will be greatly missed by all. May you rest in peace. Visitation will be from 6-8pm Wed. 12/28/2011, at Restland Funeral Home and her celebration of life will be 12 noon Thurs. 12/29/2011 in the Restland Abbey Chapel.
