Quada Lee Stone's Obituary
Quada Lee Stone, 92 of Dallas, Texas passed away on June 9, 2018. Quada was born on April 16, 1926 in Lindale m Texas to Orace E. & Hazel V, Owens, She moved to Dallas in 1943 and worked Guardian Life Insurance until her marriage in 1946, then later worked at Acrey Associates Engineers for twenty years Quada was a loyal member of Casa Linda United Methodist Church and active in UMW for fifty-five years. For the last eight years she has lived at Parkview in Frisco Apartments community where she has gained new friends. During those eight years she attended First United Methodist Church and as a member of the Wesley Class. Quada was preceded in death by her loving husband of over fifty years, Herbert Stone. She is survived by her daughter Rita Nixon and her husband, Lee; son Keith Stone and wife Susan; sister, Pat Frye Langley; grandchildren, Derek Nixon, Laura Nixon, and Katie Stone. A graveside service will be held on the morning on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at 9:30AM at Restland Memorial Park in the Ascension garden followed by a memorial service to celebrate Quada’s life at 10:00AM in the Wildwood Chapel.
