Quyen Vinh, 88, of Garland, TX. passed away 7/3/2021 in Garland, TX.He was born 3/14/1933 to Lai Buu and O Thi Tran in Soc Trang, Vietnam. He married married Thu Sen Thi Nguyen in 1958 in Bac Lieu, Vietnam. He was a Lieutenant Colonel in the Military for 25 years and 25 years as an accountant. He was survived by his wife, Thu Sen Thi Nguyen of Garland, TX., Daughters Quynh Cong of Duncan, OK, Trang Cong of Phoenix, AZ. and Sons Sang and Phu Bao of Garland, TX, Grandchildren Andy Bao, Randy Bao, Tam Trinh, Great-Grandchildren Khang Trinh, An Trinh, Son-In-Law Dan Trinh, Daughters-in-law Thuy Huynh, Anh Thu Ly, Yen Le. Niece Diem Huong Tran and Grand Niece Diem Tu Tr inh.
