Colleen Rae Tracy, age 90, passed away peacefully at 12:05 PM on Tuesday July 10, 2018, at her home in Ben Wheeler, Texas. Colleen was born on Thursday September 8, 1927, to her loving and thoughtful parents, Bert McCarty and Noreen Emigh in Collinsville, OK. Colleen Tracy will be sincerely missed by her loving family, her devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her.The family request that visiting hours be observed at Restland Funeral Home at 1:00 pm on Friday July 13, 2018. A graveside funeral service for Colleen will be held at 2:00 pm Friday July 13, 2018 at the Restland Cemetery.
