My condolences to your family for the loss of Mr. Belknap; as I knew him. We were the property managers for his Alpha Plaza property and I have the accountant. He was such a nice person and always kept me on my toes with any questions. I appreciated all his calls and enjoyed visiting with him for his annual visit to our office.
