We always enjoyed working with Ralph at AYA. He was truly dedicated to the school and the children. And he always had his excellent candy bowl ready to cheer visitors. May his memory be for a blessing to all of the family.

Ralph will be dearly missed by many.. he was a mentor to me and others at Alderman Dallas and Omega Studios during the time we all worked together in the mid 80's thru early 2000s. We were a second "family" and Ralph was a father/brother figure. Always cared to listen when we had ups and downs, acknowledged our best times and turned most every worry into a positive lesson in life. Ralph could make you feel better with his kindness and laughs. And his M&M dispenser was always on his desk too! I will miss him dearly. My sympathy and thoughts are with his dear family.
