Ralph Waldo Prater, age 86 was born onJuly 3, 1931 in Douglas, Arizona and passed away quietly in the night on January 16, 2018 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Preceded in Death by his parents; Ralph Prater and wife Annie Laurie and Spouse: Cleo Prater. He is survived by his Daughter; Marcia Pinkham and husband Stan of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; Daughter Roxie Ruiz and husband Lionel of Shady Shores, Texas; Granddaughter Ann Pinkham of Dallas, Texas; Granddaughter Kayla Brown and husband Jordan of Dallas, Texas; Sister-in-law by marriage , LaVerne Pyburn of Dallas, Texas and several nieces and nephews by marriage. Family will receive friends on January 26, 2018 from 10:30 AM-11:30 AM at First Baptist Church Lewisville, 1251 West Valley Ridge Blvd., Lewisville, TX. Service will be held on January 26, 2018 at 11:30 AM at First Baptist Church Lewisville. Burial will be at 2:15 PM at Dallas Ft Worth National Cemetery.In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.Ralph was a devoted husband, and a loving father and grandfather. He loved the Lord and lived for Jesus. He will be missed by all who knew him.
