SHREVE, RALPH W., Born April 16, 1936 and passed away January 21, 2008. He is survived by his wife, Renda Taylor Shreve; daughters, Dianna Mayr and husband, Rick, and Kathye Hopwood and husband, Steve; grandchildren; JBrandon, Eric, Heather-Grace, Robert-Joseph, Rosie, Lori, and Sarah-Jordon; sister, Catherine Foster; brother, William Shreve; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives. Visitation will be from 6:00 ‘ 8:00 pm on Thursday, January 24, 2008 at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be at 1:00 pm on Friday, January 25, 2008 at Restland Memorial Chapel. Donations may be made to The Scottish Rite Hospital, P.O. Box 199300, Dallas, TX 75210-9300.
