Randel Lee Wagner's Obituary
Randel Lee Wagner was born May 10, 1958 in Owen County,Kentucky and passed away September 18, 2016 in Dallas, Texas. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ludean Wright Johnson and his step father, Ray Johnson. Randy is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Deborah Ticheli Wagner; sons, Randel Lee Wagner-Distler of Louisville, KY, Caspian Shea Borison and wife Caitlin Rose Etten of Milwaukee, WI; daughter, Jacquelyn Ryan Wagner and partner Austin Shane of Louisville, KY; grandchildren: Krysta Lee, Evelyn Rose, Aden Jusuf, Nicholas Thomas; siblings, Rhonda Wagner Wilson, Michael Johnson, Christy Johnson Carrico, Patrick Johnson; many nieces, nephews, other family members, and many others who looked up to him like a dad as well as a long list of friends. Randy was a Dallas resident for the past 35 years where he was an owner / operator in the Transportation Industry. He lived a full and robust life, focused on a love for his family and friends. Supremely generous, he was always willing to give of himself and his time. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm, Thursday, September 22, 2016 at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 2:30 pm, Friday, September 23, 2016 at Restland Memorial Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association.
