Randy Ikenna Arinze's Obituary
Randy Ikenna Arinze, 38, of Plano, Texas, was called home to glory on May 16, 2026.
Born in Dallas and raised with the values of faith, family, and community, Randy was a son, a brother, and a friend who left his mark on everyone he met. His spirit was outgoing and free, his laugh was the kind you remembered, and his love for people was something you felt the moment you were in his presence.
Randy loved basketball, loved to socialize, and had a natural ability to bring people together. He could walk into any room — any gathering — and within minutes, make it feel like home. That gift is rare. Randy had it in abundance.
He is survived by his mother Julia Arinze, his brothers Stanley and Kingsley Arinze, his sister Jennifer Arinze, and a wide community of family and friends whose lives are forever marked by knowing him.
We do not only mourn today. We give thanks. Thanks to God for the 38 years we had with Randy. Thanks for every laugh, every memory, every moment he gave so freely to the people around him. And we trust — as our faith teaches — that he is at rest, held by the same God who formed him.
Randy Ikenna Arinze. Gone too soon. Forever in our hearts.
"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith." — 2 Timothy 4:7
