Raquel Baum's Obituary
Raquel Baum, 79, of Plano, Texas, passed away on Sunday, September 8, 2024 with family by her side.
Raquel, known to all as Kelee, was born on March 23, 1945 to Mercedes López and José Baum in San Salvador, El Salvador. She graduated from Anderson Boarding School in upstate New York in 1964. Kelee went on to study Interior Design in Kansas City where she spent her time there very happy.
All who knew Kelee knew her heart belonged to all dogs. She loved all the family pets and cherished her pups, Ashes and Ginger.
Kelee was predeceased by her parents, Mercedes and José Baum and her brother-in-law Paul Feldman. She is survived by her sisters, Ruth Feldman, Susana Khoury and Doris Erodici and brothers-in-law, John Khoury and Renato Erodici. Kelee also leaves behind eight nieces and nephews, Elissa (Tim) Wolff, Sandra (Jeff) Foster, Robert (Tracy) Feldman, Michael (Andrea) Khoury, Andrew (Katie) White, Lisa (Phillip) Milestone, Michelle (Jeff) Gurner, and Richard (Gayle) White and their multiple children and grandchildren.
Services for Kelee will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at 2:00pm at Whispering Waters Mausoleum at Restland Funeral Home located at 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
