Rassaan Ali Allen, age 39, was born to parents Ollie Smith and Mertis Allen on August, 2, 1979 in Chicago, Illinois. He passed away on the afternoon of Thursday, December 27, 2018 in Dallas, Texas. Rassaan is survived by his mother, Mertis Allen; father, Ollie Smith; and daughter Shayla Mobley.
